Ingredients: Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel), Rosa canina and Rosa rubiginosa (Rosehips), Cymbopogon citratus (Lemongrass), Calendula officinalis (Calendula), Tussilago farfara (Coltsfoot), Verbascum thapsus (Mullein), Trifolium pratense (Red Clover)

Directions: 1-3 Tbsp. : 1C. of boiling water or 6-8 Tbsp. : 1qt. of boiling water. Steep 10-15 min. Strain herbs & enjoy! Drink 3-4 cups a day. Hot or Cold Infusion recommended. Add tea to bathwater for infants.
